How shipping affects a distributor's purchasing decision

Shipping should be reviewed before a reseller commits inventory. The destination, route, expected transit window, order size and available tracking process affect the reorder point, safety stock and amount exposed in a first purchase.

This guide records current route information supplied to Jike for planning purposes. Transit windows are estimates rather than delivery guarantees. The available route and final dispatch arrangement must be confirmed for each order, destination and shipment condition.

  • Confirm the complete destination before quotation
  • Separate order preparation time from carrier transit time
  • Use a small first order to test communication and delivery
  • Plan reorders before remaining stock reaches the expected transit window
  • Keep a reserve for delays, replacements and customer support

United States and Puerto Rico: why several transit windows appear

The freight record contains more than one route for the United States, with estimated carrier transit windows of 3–4 days, 5–7 days or 10–12 days. Puerto Rico has the same recorded ranges, although some channels do not accept Puerto Rico shipments.

These options are not interchangeable promises. The route used for an order depends on the confirmed destination, shipment conditions and currently available logistics channel. A distributor should request the route and estimated window attached to the actual quotation instead of assuming the shortest range.

  • United States — estimated 3–4, 5–7 or 10–12 days depending on route
  • Puerto Rico — estimated 3–4, 5–7 or 10–12 days; route acceptance must be checked

Jike worldwide shipping and order tiers

Jike's current published worldwide shipping charge is US$50. Orders of US$500 or more receive free shipping. Orders of US$2,000 or more receive 6% off and free shipping, while orders of US$4,000 or more receive 10% off and free shipping.

These thresholds replace a kit-count discount rule. The final order total, discount and shipping treatment should appear on the applicable quotation before payment.

  • Worldwide shipping — US$50
  • Orders US$500 or more — free shipping
  • Orders US$2,000 or more — 6% off and free shipping
  • Orders US$4,000 or more — 10% off and free shipping

Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Colombia

North and South American destinations have materially different reference windows. A reseller in a longer-transit market should order earlier and avoid using a short-route market as the inventory benchmark.

  • Canada — estimated 10–12 days
  • Mexico — estimated 15–20 days
  • Brazil — estimated 30–40 days
  • Colombia — estimated 30–40 days
  • Argentina — route marked suspended in the current freight record; not presented as available

Europe: routes with recorded transit estimates

The current freight evidence includes explicit estimated transit windows for the United Kingdom and Germany. These ranges still require route confirmation for the order.

  • United Kingdom — estimated 7–9 days
  • Germany — estimated 12–15 days
  • Russia — estimated 15–20 days

Europe: countries recorded as covered without a published time window

The following destinations appear in the freight coverage record, but the source does not provide a sufficiently explicit transit window for publication. Jike should confirm the current route and estimate during quotation rather than assign a number from another country.

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • France
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Spain
  • Sweden

Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific

Asia-Pacific transit estimates vary by country and, in some cases, by region within the country. Malaysia is the clearest example: West and East Malaysia have different recorded windows.

  • Australia — estimated 5–8 days
  • New Zealand — estimated 3–4 days
  • Indonesia — estimated 12–15 days
  • Philippines, Manila — estimated 4–5 days; other areas require confirmation
  • Singapore — estimated 4–5 days
  • West Malaysia — estimated 4–5 days
  • East Malaysia — estimated 8–10 days
  • Thailand — estimated 7–10 days

Middle East and Africa

Some Middle East entries in the freight record were tied to a compliant lyophilized-powder route. Product applicability and route conditions must therefore be checked before quotation. Coverage alone should not be described as universal acceptance for every product.

  • United Arab Emirates — estimated 10–12 days; product and route conditions require confirmation
  • Qatar — estimated 10–12 days; product and route conditions require confirmation
  • Saudi Arabia — coverage recorded; transit window requires confirmation
  • Oman — coverage recorded; transit window requires confirmation
  • Kuwait — coverage recorded; transit window requires confirmation
  • South Africa — estimated 10–12 days

What Jike provides before and after dispatch

Before dispatch, Jike takes a photo of the prepared shipment or parcel. Once logistics begins, the customer receives the shipping label and tracking number available for the shipment.

The tracking number can be entered at 17TRACK to view events returned by the carrier. A tracking number may be issued before the carrier publishes its first scan, so the absence of an immediate event does not by itself mean the parcel has not been prepared or handed into the logistics process.

  • Pre-dispatch shipment or parcel photo
  • Shipping label after the logistics process begins
  • Shipment tracking number
  • Carrier-event lookup through 17TRACK
  • Order-specific communication when the first scan is delayed

How to track a shipment with 17TRACK

Open 17track.net, enter the tracking number supplied for the order and review the detected carrier and latest event. Use the tracking number—not a product name or order description—as the lookup reference.

17TRACK aggregates tracking data from carriers; it does not operate the shipment. Event timing and detail depend on the carrier's scans and data feed. Contact Jike with the order reference and tracking number when an event remains unchanged or requires investigation.

  • Copy the complete tracking number from the dispatch message
  • Enter it at https://www.17track.net/
  • Check the detected carrier and latest timestamp
  • Allow time for the first carrier scan
  • Send Jike the order reference and tracking number if investigation is needed

Planning the first order and future restocking

For a first cooperation, a reseller can begin with one kit of each selected product where current availability permits; a standard kit normally contains 10 vials. Products should be selected from actual customer demand rather than the full catalogue.

After the first order confirms product presentation, communication and delivery performance, use the observed end-to-end time—not only the published carrier estimate—to set the next reorder point. Apply the published order-value tiers when comparing the next purchase, while route, stock and the final quotation remain order-specific.

  • Start with products already requested by customers
  • Record order preparation and carrier transit separately
  • Keep additional stock for longer routes such as Brazil or Colombia
  • Reorder before inventory falls below the observed delivery cycle
  • Confirm the destination and route again for every replenishment order

If a shipment is delayed, lost or cannot be delivered

Jike checks the available carrier and logistics evidence when a shipment is delayed or cannot be delivered. A shipment confirmed as lost is reshipped at no charge.

Customs or clearance questions are reviewed with the customer and logistics provider for the specific destination and route. For a verified shipping, delivery or product issue, the resolution may include replacement, account credit or another solution agreed by both parties. This process reduces shipment risk, but it is not a promise that every parcel will clear or arrive within the shortest estimate.

  • Review the tracking record and carrier status
  • Confirm the recipient address and destination information
  • Coordinate customs or clearance questions case by case
  • Reship a shipment confirmed as lost at no charge
  • Use replacement, account credit or another mutually agreed solution for a verified covered issue

After-sales evidence and claim conditions

Missing or incorrect items are replaced at no charge. Items damaged during shipping are replaced after clear photos or videos are provided. Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

A claim should include the order information, product photos or videos and relevant batch details. Quality concerns are reviewed against the batch information and supporting evidence. Independent third-party laboratory testing may be used when a dispute concerns purity, quantity or another specification.

  • No change-of-mind return or replacement for correctly shipped, non-defective products
  • Improper storage or handling is outside the free after-sales scope
  • Order information and relevant batch details are required
  • Photos or video are required where applicable
  • Independent testing may be used for specification disputes

Information required for a shipping quotation

A useful logistics estimate requires enough information to select and confirm a route. Send the destination and purchasing requirements together instead of asking for a universal shipping time.

  • Destination country
  • Recipient city and postal code
  • Complete delivery address
  • Selected products and presentations
  • Number of kits
  • Recipient name, email and phone number
  • Required delivery or restocking date
