Quotations
Website specifications and service prices are references. Current product availability, batch documentation, packaging scope, delivery schedule and final pricing are confirmed in a written quotation.
Testing reports
Third-party reports apply only to the sample identified in each report. They do not constitute a universal claim for other products, lots or future production.
International fulfillment
Buyers are responsible for confirming that requested materials may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed and used at the destination. Fulfillment is subject to buyer qualification, destination requirements, customs and carrier acceptance.
Shipping policy
Worldwide shipping is US$50. Orders of US$500 or more receive free shipping. Orders of US$2,000 or more receive 6% off and free shipping. Orders of US$4,000 or more receive 10% off and free shipping. The applicable order total, discount and shipping treatment are confirmed in the quotation.
After-sales policy
Missing or incorrect items are replaced at no charge. Items damaged during shipping are replaced after clear photos or videos are provided. A shipment confirmed as lost is reshipped at no charge. Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims should include order information, product photos or videos and relevant batch details. Quality concerns are reviewed using batch information and supporting evidence. Independent third-party laboratory testing may be used for disputes involving purity, quantity or related specifications.
Correctly shipped, non-defective products are not eligible for return or replacement due to a change of mind. Issues caused by improper storage or handling are not covered by free after-sales service.
Customs or clearance issues are reviewed with the customer and logistics provider according to the destination and shipping route. For a verified shipping, delivery or product issue, a reasonable solution may include replacement, account credit or another solution agreed by both parties.
